Leading with Listening It was such a joy to reconnect with the leadership team at Navigator College last week, and to engage with new team members as part of the regular leadership summits. The session included the exploration of “How might we lead with listening?”, and the role of the compassionate systems tools and strategies.

I have been thinking a lot about ‘purpose’ lately. It was the focus of a recent workshop I ran in one of our learning communities last week. Being aware of and connecting to our purpose and what gives meaning to our life is fundamentally important to our well-being. It is also part of the capabilities
