Leading with Listening It was such a joy to reconnect with the leadership team at Navigator College last week, and to engage with new team members as part of the regular leadership summits. The session included the exploration of “How might we lead with listening?”, and the role of the compassionate systems tools and strategies.
What’s Happened? Equip 2 – Day 3 on 6 MayChristian Studies teachers from Immanuel Primary School, Golden Grove Lutheran School and Encounter Lutheran College finished Equip on Friday May 6th. It was a time of celebration as ALL participants completed and submitted their ePortfolios! Congratulations to Sam, Claire, Olivia (IPS), Emma (GGLPS), and Michael (Enc).
