Staffing Recruitment and Retention Strategy

As part of the LESNW’s Future Focus Goal, and as shared as at the Term 1 P&D Meeting, the development and implementation of this strategy is a focus for 2025.
Whilst the inclusion of some aligned strategies from comprehensive considerations such as The National Teacher Workforce Action Plan, the listening from the field experience is just as critical.
As such, and to assist the shaping of the strategy, particular of the on the ground actions, I would appreciate a 3-point response the following question:

What are the three most helpful actions/initiatives/strategies that would assist my learning community to attract and retain staff?
