A Compassionate Approach to Leading Regenerative Systems Change Deepening Practice Workshops
Educators from learning communities across LESNW gathered to explore what it means to take a ‘living systems’ approach in our schools through the lens of: What do we want to ‘grow’? We identified how compassion provides the pathway or conditions for growth of all members of the learning community as we create generative social fields and nurture transformational learning.
