LPA Broadcast Wellbeing Initiative

Lutheran Principals Australia (LPA) have proudly launched ‘LPA BROADCAST’, an innovative platform designed to promote the mental health and wellbeing of Lutheran school leaders.

Leading a Lutheran school can be deeply fulfilling, but it comes with its own distinct challenges. The complexity of being a school leader today can result in stress, burnout, and mental exhaustion, often stemming from the demanding nature of the many responsibilities you embrace. LPA BROADCAST aims to address these challenges by providing evidence-based resources, expert insights, and a space for principals to share their experiences and learn from one another.

LPA BROADCAST builds on the existing LPAConnect platform, which provides resources and updates to support the multifaceted role of Lutheran school principals. This new initiative focuses specifically on principal wellbeing, offering podcasts, videos, panel discussions, and more, all aimed at fostering a supportive and unified community.
