LESNW Principal Engagement Guidelines

The LESNW Principal Engagement Guidelines Working Party have recently completed the initial analysis of the LESNW Principals Survey that was sent to Principals during Term 3. All principals should receive a communication from James Hyne this week to share both the results and a summary of themes that emerged from the comments provided.

To further understand the experiences and feedback of Principals captured through the survey and share the positive reflections and strategies from the results,  the Working Party have planned to facilitate a number of online forums for Principals.

The first online forum will be held 12pm (SA time) Tuesday 5th November with a focus on the ‘Nature of Work Hours and Their Impact on Principals’.

Principals will be sent a Teams link for this forum.
