Engaging the Community: Networking and Strategic Relationships

What a joy and privilege it was to welcome Jane Drake from the Center for Systems Awareness to LESNW.

Jane visited schools, spoke with students, teachers and leaders, and facilitated a workshop, Designing Learning Ecosystems: Bringing School Vision to Life Through Compassionate Systems, with teachers from ELC – Year 12.

Jane engaged the participants in using tools and practices to grow personal mastery, reflection and team learning, and systems awareness. Jane also shared a learning design model to support this approach with our learners.

Jane shared about her time in LESNW: “I loved spending time with such a dedicated and caring community.”
