Empowering Leaders in Lutheran Learning Communities

On Monday 4 November, Leaders in Lutheran Learning Communities- Early Learning, Primary and Secondary- gathered for the final LILLC meeting of the year. Leaders explored how LESNW empowers learning communities to live out their mission and vision with purpose and clarity.

In a series of interactive sessions, staff from the Regional Office shared the focus of their work in relation to Growing Deep and the LESNW Strategic Initiatives.

Each of the presenters provided context, a provocation for discussion, opportunities for professional growth in 2025 and then time for personal action and reflection.   

Reflections from the closing circle provided important actions each of the leaders who attended, has committed to, in response to the session.
