CEO and Cofounder of the Centre for Systems Awareness visits LESNW Learning Communities.

What a joy and privilege it was to welcome CEO and cofounder of the Centre for Systems Awareness, Dr Mette Boell, and Director of the Woodleigh Institute, Dr Richard Owens, to LESNW.  

Mette met with staff from the Regional Office, and spent time with learners, staff, leaders and Board members at Faith College Tanunda, Good Shepherd Angaston and Navigator College Pt Lincoln. Hearing about ways they are engaging with Compassionate Systems tools and practices to live their vision and values, to become “Free to Flourish”. 

Research into Compassionate Systems Leadership in LESNW will be shared at ReimaginED Melbourne on the 8th and 9th of November.
