Becoming a Compassionate System

Throughout Term 1, learning communities have continued to deepen their understanding of how compassionate systems tools and practices develop the capabilities from Growing deep. Becoming more compassionate individually and collectively as well has developing the strategies for dealing with complexity. These communities include the Wellbeing Hub, St John’s and Good Shepherd Angaston, Faith Lutheran College, Immanuel Gawler, Living Waters Alice Springs, Redeemer and the Admin network.

In the coming weeks, Executive teams including Immanuel Novar Gardens, Tatachilla College and St Paul Blair Athol will also be exploring ways of being, which create the conditions to grow capacity and in particular “Fosters a climate of learning, reflection and wellbeing.” (Growing deep Capabilities: Leading the team)
