Free to Flourish Immersion Opportunities in 2026: Expressions of Interest Now Open
We are now taking expressions of interest for all domestic immersions. When registration lists fill up, preference will be given to those who reserved early places via this mechanism.
Following a successful year of engagement in 2025 with over 100 participants, we have reviewed feedback and developed a program that we’re confident will support learning communities in their continued efforts to transform culture, leadership, teaching, and learning.
In 2026, we will be running five immersions, including an exciting new itinerary in New Zealand.
Our domestic immersions are also being refreshed to ensure partnerships with schools that have compelling stories about meeting the needs of learners in their context.

Featuring a new itinerary, this Wellington-based experience will feature collaboration with The Futuremakers, focusing on leading connected communities. A flyer detailing the itinerary can be found here.
A Quick Look: Melbourne
Our first Melbourne immersion will run in late March, featuring a two-day Newmark Primary deep dive, with the second day focused on designing community-based projects.
