Finance Manager Appointment: Brian Earl

Lutheran Education SA, NT & WA (LESNW) is delighted to announce the appointment of Brian Earl as its new Finance Manager, commencing Monday 28 July 2025, as the replacement for Lindy Yeatman (recently retired). Brian brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience across not-for-profit, commercial, and educational sectors, including his recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Schools Ministry Group Inc. A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Brian has senior-level experience in accounting, finance, and IT, as well as board-level governance, previously serving as Treasurer of Pilgrim School in SA. His deep understanding of payroll, taxation compliance, and financial reporting aligns seamlessly with the technical and strategic demands of this newly re-focused role.

Brian’s appointment reflects LESNW’s commitment to ensuring its finance function continues to provide service-oriented, insight-driven solutions to our member communities. His values-based leadership, shaped by his Christian faith, complements LESNW’s ethos of inspiring and serving learning communities. With a passion for mentoring, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, Brian is well-positioned to support member schools and early years learning across SA, NT, and WA.
