LDP 9 Culminating Event in Brisbane
What a privilege and inspiration it was to attend the culminating day for the LDP 9 national cohort. A review of the elements of the course was shared by QUT and LEA staff, all directly connected to Growing Deep. Mentors from around Australia joined the LDP 9 cohort in small groups, to hear summaries of individual projects sharing impact, learning and responding to the questions from the group.
Each participant also reflected on their growth and development in relation to the Leadership Profile Circle which provided them with baseline data connected to core leadership capabilities.
