Leadership Development Program (LDP11)

Applications for the next Leadership Development Program (LDP11) open on 31 August 2026.

LDP11 is a two-year program for educators in Lutheran schools and services who want to grow as leaders and prepare for future leadership roles. Participants will develop their leadership skills, strengthen their understanding of Lutheran identity, and build confidence through:

• Postgraduate study in leadership and theology
• Mentoring
• Leadership profiling
• Professional learning workshops

Around 30 places are available for participants from across Australia.

This is a valuable opportunity for educators who are passionate about learning, service, and leadership to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
