LILLC Term 1: Stories from the Field

At three separate events this term, leaders in Lutheran Learning Communities came together to:  

• Engage in spiritual growth  
• Participate in professional learning with a focus on leadership development underpinned by the Growing Deep framework  
• Connect and network with colleagues from LESNW learning communities and regional office staff
• Hear about opportunities for ongoing growth and learning.

Thanks and appreciation to the school hosts who shared their personal and collective ‘Stories from the Field’ of ways they are growing their leadership capabilities to create the conditions for innovation and change within their learning communities.
