As we prepare for 2025, we ask all learning communities to review and update their Lexicon data prior to Friday, 9 February 2025. This ensures accurate distribution lists, up-to-date records and publications, and effective communication throughout the year.

Lexicon Administrators

Your nominated Lexicon Administrator should have received an email with in-depth instructions within the last week. If this communication has not been received, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Key Areas to Review

Contact Details: Verify your school’s address, general email, and website.

Staff Details: Ensure staff emails and leadership roles are correctly recorded.
If staff serve multiple learning communities or require a transfer, email us their details to ensure accurate records.

Council/Board Chair: Update the chair’s name and email to maintain communication.

Enrolment Numbers: Update to reflect your 2025 starting numbers.
