Becoming a Compassionate System

The following images capture some of the ways our leaders, leadership teams, teachers, staff and board chairs are growing their leadership capabilities using compassionate systems tools and practices.

Last week these events included: 

  • Leadership Lab commenced with leaders and staff representing: Concordia College, Concordia Kindy, Tatachilla Lutheran, Encounter Lutheran College, St Jakobi, St Martin’s Lutheran College, Faith Lutheran College (Tanunda and Faith). Navigator Board Chair, Crossways, Loxton. This series of workshops is being led by Steve Jude (principal of Navigator College) 
  • Immanuel Gawler Staff growing self-awareness with a focus on emotional literacy 
  • Faith College (Faith campus) Exploring systems thinking and sensing in relation to quick fixes Vs fundamental solutions in personal, team and organisational contexts. 
  • Compassionate Systems: Deepening practice workshop developing self-awareness and strategies when we can become stuck with a challenge in relation to our work or life. Time to collaborate around personal and professional projects. 
  • Immanuel Exec Team Novar Gardens: Deepening self-awareness and using systems thinking to identify how to become a compassionate team which lives and leads the school mission, vision and goals.
