NT Leadership Lab – Day 2

NT Leadership Lab Dates
Day 1 – March 17
Day 2 – May 19
Day 3 – August 3

The purpose of these sessions are to:

• Build leadership capabilities and practices grounded in Growing deep
• Develop personal mastery, team learning and systems thinking grounded in the Compassionate Systems Framework to support innovation and improvement
• Develop a community of practice and trust

These labs are targeted at school leaders in the Northern Territory within LESNW learning communities. Participants are required to attend all sessions.
