LILLC are also responsible for coordinating the Early Career Teachers Day.  This is a wonderful opportunity for teachers new to Lutheran Education to understand more about what it means to be part of our system. This event is for all teachers in their first three years of teaching in a Lutheran school and will explore:

• Vocation, community building through the lens of Growing deep
• How the Vocational Practices relate to you, your role and classroom practice in working within a Lutheran Learning Community
• What makes Lutheran Education ‘different’?
