Leadership Lab 1.0 for Principals, Directors, Heads of School & Middle/Senior Leaders – Day 2

Day 3 – August 11
Day 4 – September 7
The purpose of these sessions are to:
- Build leadership capabilities and practices grounded in Growing deep
- Develop personal mastery, team learning and systems thinking grounded in the Compassionate Systems Framework to support innovation and improvement
- Develop a community of practice and trust
The sessions will be co-led by Stephen Jude (Principal of Navigator College) and Mignon Weckert (Educational Leadership Director).
These labs are targeted at principals, directors, heads of school, and middle/senior leaders. Participants are required to attend all sessions.
