Principal / Director Induction

Principal / Director induction is more than a handbook, workshop or checklist. It’s viewed as a journey of supported, transition, discovery and learning, enabling success in the leadership role to which you have been appointed.

One important aspect of the journey is to develop a connection with peers, including the LESNW regional office team, who serve and support leaders across a range of portfolios.
