The change of leader/principal in a Lutheran School is a significant event. It’s a time of celebration and hope, and equally a time of challenge, adjustment and refocus for the community.

Approached with a determination to establish trusting and transparent relationships, and with a mindset of curiosity and wonder, the transition period can be the catalyst for long lasting and productive relationships, and a re-energised school improvement agenda.

The Y1 Leaders Network will support you to navigate, learn and grow through the first year in your school/ centre, with colleagues who are on a similar journey.
