Leadership for the Emerging Future
What does 'leadership for the emerging future' look like for LESNW in 2026?
In Lutheran education, leadership is shared by the whole learning community — students, teachers, leaders, and non‑teaching staff alike. Grounded in Growing Deep, leadership and formation are understood as an ongoing journey of being and becoming.
In 2026, leadership development across LESNW will continue to focus on cultivating and nurturing the conditions for personal, relational, and systemic growth, using a living systems lens that enables individuals and communities to be Free to Flourish.
