Principal Workshop Invitation

This two-day gathering will be dedicated to critically important, facilitated conversations about your role as leader of your learning community.

• We will consider your workload challenges and the way that the Growth and Wellbeing Strategy can assist you. 
• We will also consider the systemic and structural changes that might be possible to improve your workload.

The PaD Executive hopes these two days will make a meaningful difference in your professional life and help spark the changes needed to ensure Principalship remains an attractive and sustainable vocation for future generations.

You are strongly encouraged to block out time for this important conversation about your work as Principal in a Lutheran School.
