New Teachers to Lutheran Learning Communities

For teachers in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of teaching in the Lutheran Education network.

The purpose of the day is to bring new teachers to Lutheran learning communities together to:

• Explore Growing Deep Leadership and Formation Framework. ​
• Deepen their understanding of the Lutheran Education approach to teaching (vocation) and broader system (place) ​
• Deepening understanding of Free to Flourish and it’s attributes – Adventurous, Compassionate, Relational, Purposeful​
• Experience connection with their peers from other Learning Communities and feeling valued by the Lutheran Education community.
