This three-day workshop is foundational for all who have a significant role in ministry in Lutheran learning communities. It provides participants with an understanding of how core theological concepts shape a Lutheran education context, the worship life of the community, our approach to pastoral care, and what learning looks like in a Lutheran school (please below PDF for a breakdown of these concepts). The workshop can also be used as LEA Accreditation as a Ministry Personnel.
