In this initial workshop, participants will:

• Reflect on their pedagogy of Christian Studies
• Use Compassionate Systems Tools and Practices
• Develop a personal micro-goal and project focused on the teaching and learning of Christian Studies
• Collaborate with and learn from other participants
• Receive ongoing support to help them achieve their goal
• Share and celebrate their learning
