DESCRIPTION:Due to a lower than expected registration\, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to reschedule the course to ensure it’s as impactful and cost-effective as possible for all involved.  \nThe new dates for the PBL Works 101 Course are now set for 11-13 September 2024. Compassionate Systems draws on practices that are effective in building individual insight and well-being and extends them to include the strengthening of interpersonal relationships while deepening the understanding of how the whole system contributes to outcomes. \nParticipants will: \n\nDevelop personal mastery\, team learning and systems awareness to support innovation and improvement.\nBuild leadership capabilities and practices grounded in Growing deep using Compassionate Systems tools and practices.\nDevelop a community of practice and trust.\n\nThis professional learning will be facilitated by Stephen Jude (Principal Navigator College ELC-Year 12). Steve has been working with Compassionate Systems and what this means for personal\, staff\, student and wider systems growth and development for the past 6 years. \nThis lab is relevant to principals\, directors\, heads of school\, middle/senior leaders and anyone in a leadership role.
