DESCRIPTION:Leadership Lab dates\nDay 1 – May 8\nDay 2 – June 8\nDay 3 – August 11\nDay 4 – September 7 \nThe purpose of these sessions are to: \n\nBuild leadership capabilities and practices grounded in Growing deep\nDevelop personal mastery\, team learning and systems thinking grounded in the Compassionate Systems Framework to support innovation and improvement\nDevelop a community of practice and trust\n\nThe sessions will be co-led by Stephen Jude (Principal of Navigator College) and Mignon Weckert (Educational Leadership Director). \nThese labs are targeted at principals\, directors\, heads of school\, and middle/senior leaders. Participants are required to attend all sessions.

DESCRIPTION:The Compassionate Systems Collective is a network that supports collaboration\, learning and development for schools and other institutions with a shared interest in Compassionate Systems. The network is coordinated by a team of leaders drawn from member organisations. Support and guidance for the management and development of the network is provided by an advisory committee and the Centre for Systems Awareness.
